Return Policy

We want you to love your Mirti earrings. If you're not completely happy, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@mirti.eu with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest post office

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different style or variant? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item has a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
